Colloborative Distances : The collaboration distance between two researchers can be obtained by tracing the 'link' between the co-authors of papers published by two researchers. The well-known collaboration distance is the Erdos Number.

MathSciNet collaboration distance tool is a tool which can be used to find the collaboration distances. This tool gives an upper bound on the distance. It is possible the researchers are 'closer' than the number given by this tool.
